To start the quest, head to the Deya Village Ruins south of the Hills of Baumer. Loom for Misko's EX Journal 2 sitting on a pile of rubble.

1 | Enlarge Head to the waterfall south of Corta Lake |
Head to unmarked body of water south of Corta Lake. The exact location is near the waterfall heading up to Corta Lake itself. Nearest Shrine: ・Shoda Sah Shrine ・Quka Nata Shrine |

Use Cryonis to get close to the waterfall. Use Magnesis and pull up the EX Chest from the water. | |
Open the Chest |
Open the chest to receive the Phantom Ganon Skull. |

Head to Sarjon Bridge located near Sarjon Woods and directly east of Faron Tower. |

The EX Chest is submerged underwater directly under the bridge. Grab the chest using the Magnesis rune. | |

Head to Ebra Forest located slightly soutwest of Calora Lake and southeast of Floria Falls. Nearest Shrine: ・Quka Nata Shrine |
Enlarge Look for Broken Bird-Like Statue |
Look for the large bird-like statues on the western side of the forest.The EX Chest is buried at the base of the broken statue. | |

Use Magnesis to dig up the chest and open it to receive the Phantom Ganon Greaves. |
Retrieving all Phantom Ganon pieces nets you the Phantom Ganon Set.
While it only provides a moderate defense rating, it gives link a Stealth Boost as well as bonus damge when using Bone weapons!

Quest Clear | "The evil spirit's armor set is hidden within Faron's sea of trees. Find these pieces at the highest of three waterfalls north of Lake Floria...at the bridge between small waterfalls over Floria River...and at the broken stone bird of Ebara Forest." You found the treasure hidden at Corta Laka, Sarjon Bridge, and Ebara Forest. You obtained the Phantom Ganon set! |
