Talk to Tumbo		 You can find Tumbo running around Zora's Domain. He needs five Hot-Footed Frogs so go find some.

Give Hot-Footed Frogs to Tumbo

2 Find Hot-Footed Frogs You can easily find Hot-Footed Frogs around ponds especially when raining.
3 Give the frogs to Tumbo After collecting five of them, give the frogs to Tumbo and receive an Armoranth as a reward.

Apparently hot-footed frogs are pretty easy to find on rainy days.
Quest Clear Tumbo gave you an amoranth in exchange for five hot-footed frogs. He seemed pretty pleased with the whole arrangement.
