Region Wasteland

Speak with Malena in Gerudo Town while she is speaking with one of the guards to start this side quest.

Medicinal Molduga Quest Requirements

There are two things you need before you can start Medicinal Molduga side quest:

  1. Clear the Forbidden City Entry Main Quest
  2. You must be wearing the full Gerudo Set

You will need to do this quest to complete The Thunder Helm Side Quest and get the Thunder Helm.

Malena location
Talk to Malena		 Find Malena while she is speaking with one of the guards and she will ask you to help her get some Molduga guts for a medicine.

Nearest Molduga
Defeat a Molduga		 There are 4 Moldugas in Gerudo Region and the nearest one is just west of Gerudo Town and southeast of Toruma Dunes.

Defeat one of them to obtain Molduga guts.

Note: If you have already defeated a Molduga before, you can skip the killing part and give the guts to Malena right after you accept the side quest.

3 Return to Malena Speak with Malena after obtaining the guts and give it to her and she will thank you with a Gold Rupee.
