Travel to the Faron Tower and turn on your Sheikah Sensor to track nearby Mighty Thistles.

With the Sheikah Sensor turned on, we found 20 Mighty Thistles around the Bronas Forest and Guchini Plain.

Great Fairy Kayasa

You can also farm some Mighty Thistles at the Kayasa's Great Fairy Fountain near Hebra Tower. Though, you won't find as many as you would at Faron Gasslands, you'll at least score 7 Mighty Thistles.
