Find Fragrance: Summer Fragrance is located at Abandoned District, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom.
From the Choo-Choo Station Stonetree Top Warp Spire, head up to Miss Wrench's Silvergale Whistle and run past that to the base of the Stonetree. You should see a door leading inside the Stonetree.

Find Fragrance: Summer Fragrance does not require the Purify! Scent in the Cavern quest needed for the first three Find Fragrance quests in Florawish and Breezy Meadow.
All Find Fragrance Quest Guides
Enter the cave at the base of the Stonetree. The cave should be accessible once you go through the door, which will also lead inside the Stonetree.
Glide using the Skypass near the entrance of the cave.
Jump between Stonetrees and ride the other Skypass to cross the gaps of water.
Purify and defeat the Esselings to advance to the higher platforms.
Ride the wind current at the northwest corner from the Esselings.
Ride the next Skypass to get to the Chest entrance. Make sure to ride the wind current to float yourself first before going into the Skypass.
Follow the platforms and head up to the top of the Stonetree. You will need to purify Esselings along the way.
Open the chest at the top and receive the Summer Fragrance as a reward!

I don’t understand why there isn’t just a screenshot of the map for the location for this. The video is actually more confusing than just having a little dot on the map like every other fragrance you guys have posted.
