Forest Cavern is located beside the Queen's Palace Ruins West Forest Warp Spire. The Forest Cavern contains a total of 6 Dews of Inspiration and 1 Whimstar.

Find Fragrance: Sprouting Melody Walkthrough
Enter the Cavern
Head into the cavern and follow the tunnel until you reach a large room with a flower near the center.
Purify the Esselings
A group of Esselings will appear in two waves shortly after stepping into the room. Clear them out with Purification.
Climb Up the Walls
Make your way up the walls by jumping onto a series of ledges until you reach a bridge with more Esselings.
Purify More Esselings
Get rid of these enemies and you will find the chest containing Sprouting Melody at the end of the bridge.

Whimstars and Dews of Inspiration Location
All Forest Cavern Whimstars
There is only one Whimstar in the Forest Cavern, located at the top of the highest column in the abandoned library area.
To reach it, push the crate below all the way to the end of the ramp on its right. Climb onto the crate, then jump onto the nearby stone column. From there, carefully platform across the columns until you reach the highest one, where the Whimstar awaits.
