Find Fragrance: Forest Whisper Quest Location
Go to Breezy Meadow
Find Fragrance: Forest Whisper is located at Breezy Meadow, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom. Teleport to the Cicia Art Academy Field Base then head northwest to get to the cavern entrance.

The Forest Whisper quest will unlock automatically after completing Purify! Scent in the Cavern.

Find Fragrance: Forest Whisper Walkthrough
Enter the Cavern
Go into the cave and follow the tunnel until you reach a room with a path that goes upward. The path on the left leads to some Dews of Inspiration, Bling and a few Esselings, but it is a dead end.
Go Through The Tunnel
Take the path that leads upward and go into the tunnel on the right. Here, you will come across some Bling and some more Esselings.
Float to Reach the Ledge
Climb up the elevated area after clearing out the Esselings. Run towards the edge then jump and activate the floating ability from Bubbly Voyage to reach the ledge.
Push the Boulders
Push the boulders so that they roll down the slope and crash into a wall below. This will open up a path to a new area in the cavern.
Enter the New Tunnel
Go through the hole in the wall created by the boulders and you will enter a tunnel that leads to a large room full of Esselings.
Purify the Esselings
Follow the path going up while using Purification to get rid of Esselings until you reach the chest containing Forest Whisper.
