Actually, Purah & Robbie are acquired by completing the final EX mission, and Sooga is… Well, I’m not sure on the specifics, but I got him when I cleared the mission where Sooga and Kohga were running away from the blights. Interestingly enough, it wasn’t the first time I cleared it - it was when I did the special objective of saving everyone that he became playable near the end.
