To start the quest, head to the Woodland Stable near Mirro Shaz Shrine. The journal is sitting on one of the left side tables.

Light a torch and follow the embers until it forces you to make a right turn. Behind one of the trees is a scary tree with the EX Chest inside. Consult the map for the exact location. |

Open the chest to receive the Korok's Mask. |
The Korok Mask only has a defense rating of 1, but it will shake and emit a faint light when Link is close to a hidden Korok.
