To start the quest, head to the Deya Village Ruins south of the Hills of Baumer. Loom for Misko's EX Journal 2 sitting on a pile of rubble.

Head to Dracozu Lake		 Head to Dracozu Lake north of Damel Forest. The exact location is at the very end of the lake just south of the Spring of Courage.
Nearest Shrine:
・Shae Katha Shrine

Find the EX Chest		 The chest is buried under the left "hand" of the large Dragon Statue (Right hand if coming from the shrine).
Open the chest to receive Ravio's Hood.

EX Treasure: Merchant Hood Quest Rewards

BOTW - EX Treasure Reward
Ravio's Hood only has a defense rating of 2 and cannot be enhanced or dyed. It does give a bonus to sideways climbing speed, which can be useful in certain situations.

Somewhere in the Deya Village Ruins is a journal that places the location of this treasure...
1st Update "The traveling merchant's hood is in the right hand of the dragon that consumes the Spring of Courage at Dracozou Lake."
Misko's EX Journal 2 notes where the traveling merchant's hood is hidden...but where could this mysterious dragon be?
Quest Clear "The traveling merchant's hood is in the right hand of the dragon that consumes the Spring of Courage at Dracozu Lake."
You located the treasure chest in the right hand of the dragon ruins at Dracozu Lake and got Ravio's Hood!
