To start this quest, head to the Outpost Ruins east of the Great Plateau Tower. Look for Misko's EX Journal sitting on a desk in one of the ruined buildings.

Find Tingle's Hood in the Exchange Ruins

Find Tingle's Shirt in Castle Town Prison

Find Tingle's Tights in Mabe Village Ruins

EX Treasure: Fairy Clothes Quest Rewards
Retrieving all pieces nets you the Tingle's Set. Although it has poor armor rating, wearing all pieces gives Link the Night Speed Up buff that increases his movement speed at night.
Additionally, wearing the full set causes characters to recoil in fear when they see Link.
