Create a chilly elixir		 You can create a chilly elixir by cooking a monster part with a Cold Darner or Winterwing Butterfly.

Give the Chilly Elixir to Guy

3 Give the chilly elixir to Guy Return to Guy with the elixir and he will thank you with a Purple Rupee.

The medicine is made by combining a bug with chilling effects with monster parts. You'll find the bug in question in the cooler parts of the Gerudo Highlands.
