Drinking a Energizing Elixir will immediately recover some of your stamina, perfect for when you're about to fall down while climbing or during an aerial attack!

To make a base Energizing Elixir, you need a Monster Part and a Creature (just one) with the Stamina Restoration effect.

How to Increase the Stamina Restoration Effect

After you have the base ingredients, you can increase the level of Stamina Restoration by adding more Creatures or Materials with the same effect.
