Obtained From Akarana Corridor in the Year 1950

The Homusubi Crystal can be acquired from Akarana Corridor in the year 1950, which you can access after you've reached Episode 12 of the main storyline.

You can use the Inspect Investigation Skill to find the crystal near the warp device that transported you to Akarana Corridor.
