This skill becomes available to Raidou once you acquire Longinus , one of his uniquely crafted swords forged through the game’s Sword Alchemy system.
Sword Alchemy unlocks in Episode 2 and becomes one of your go-to ways of upgrading Raidou’s arsenal. Once you successfully craft Longinus , the corresponding skill will be added to Raidou’s skill set automatically.
