Nagasunehiko can be obtained by fusing the demons listed above. Note that you cannot obtain Nagasunehiko if your level is lower than its base level.
You can also obtain Nagasunehiko if you fuse a demon of the Skill order with a corresponding Element Order demon.
Demon Fusion Guide: How to Fuse Demons
Complete Episode 5 to Unlock Nagasunehiko
In order to fuse Nagasunehiko, you first need to complete the Main Story Episode 5, Confrontation. Fusing the demons listed above while not completing this quest will result in a demon of the same Order but a lower rank.

Nagasunehiko Can Only be Obtained via Fusion
Nagasunehiko can only be obtained via Fusion and cannot be captured in the overworld. Make sure you have its corresponding fusion materials in your party or Demon List to obtain this demon.
