Yomotsu-Ikusa can be obtained by fusing the demons listed above. Note that you cannot obtain Yomotsu-Ikusa if your level is lower than its base level.
You can also obtain Yomotsu-Ikusa if you fuse a demon of the Fury order with a corresponding Element Order demon.
