Find Cima at the Lakeside Stable and talk to her. She'll tell you about the frequent lightning strikes in the area. |

Go outside the stable and climb up to the very top. You need to remove the Woodcutter's Axe using Magnesis or by putting it in your inventory. |

| 3 | Talk to Cima | Go back down and talk to Cima, who will give you a Rubber Helm as a token of gratitude. |

You will receive a Rubber Helm from Cima when you return to her after removing the Woodcutter's Axe.
