Go to Hateno Village and talk to Nebb, a kid who wants to see different kinds of weapon. You can use your Sheikah Sensor+ to find these items easier. |

You can find a Traveler's Sword northwest of the Hateno Tower. Show it to Nebb to receive a Red Rupee. |
Bring a Fire Rod to Nebb

You can obtain a Fire Rod by defeating Fire Wizzrobes and you can find one at the base of Woodland Tower. Show the rod to Nebb to receive a Red Rupee. |
