This is a guide to the DLC Side Quest, EX Treasure: Phatasma, in the Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Read on to learn how to start the quest and where to find all pieces of the Phantom Set.

How to Start EX Treasure: Phantasma

To start this quest, head to the Outpost Ruins east of the Great Plateau Tower. Look for Misko's EX Journal sitting on a desk in one of the ruined buildings.

Find the Phantom Helmet in the Coliseum Ruins Ruins

Head to the Coliseum Ruins. It's located South of Mount Daphnes and east of Outskirt Stable. Nearest Shrine: ・Rota Ooh Shrine |
 Enter the Coliseum |
Enter the Coliseum following the Malice-free path inside. Warning: There is a Lynel inside the Coliseum. |

 Wear Majora's Mask (Optional) |
If you have Majora's Mask, wear it so you can safely enter the Coliseum without getting attacked by the Lynel. How to Get Majora's Mask: ・Ancient Mask Guide |

 Find and Dig Up the EX Chest |
After entering the arena turn right from the Coliseum and look for the half-buried chest near the dirt mound. Use Magnesis to dig up the EX Chest. | |
 Open the Chest |
Open the chest to receive the first piece of the Phantom Set, the Phantom Helmet. |
Find the Phantom Armor in the Sacred Ground Ruins

Head to the Sacred Ground Ruins directly south of Hyrule Castle. You can glide and walk from the Central Tower to the ruins, or use any of the nearby shrines, if unlocked. Nearest Shrines: ・Katah Chuki Shrine ・Kaya Wan Shrine |
 Pull the EX Chest from the Water |
Use Magnesis on the submerged EX Chest. It is located on the right pool from the entrance of the Sacred Ground Ruins. |
 Head to the Sacred Ground Ruins |
Open the chest to receive the second piece of the Phantom Set, the Phantom Armor. |
Find the Phantom Greaves at Hyrule Garrison Ruins

Head to the Hyrule Garrison Ruins directly north of Windvane Meadow. You can glide from the Central Tower to the ruins. Nearest Shrine: ・Kaam Ya'tak Shrine |
 Look for the EX Chest |
Use Magnesis to look for the half-buried EX Chest. It's located near a ruined house with a destroyed Guardian Stalker. |
 Open the Chest |
Open the chest to receive the last piece of the Phantom Set, the Phantom Greaves. |
EX Treasure: Phantasma Quest Rewards
Retrieving all Phantom pieces nets you the Phantom Set, which has a total Defense rating of 24 and a +3 Attack Boost when all pieces are worn. Although none of the individual pieces are upgradable, it's the best armor to wear in the early game - especially in Master Mode.
