Go To Leisureely Anglers in Breezy Meadow

Friendship is Bubbling is located in Breezy Meadow. Teleport to the Lesireely Anglers Florawish Branch. Head to the front of the Angler's building and talk to Pepo to begin the quest.

Talk to Pepo

Talk to Pepo who's just in front of the Florawish Leisureely Anglers Branch. He'll mention that he wants to help his friend create a dress inspired byb Pink Ribbon Eels and will ask you to find Polly.

Have a Styling Challenge with Polly

Polly will be marked nearby, just to the North of Leisureely Anglers. Head over and talk to her. Polly will say that she needs inspiration to create her Pink Ribbon Eel dress. Enter a Styling Challenge with Polly with the theme Flowing Ribbons, which focuses on Sweet and Cute clothing.

Use Sweet/Cute Clothing

To easily pass this challenge, equip your best leveled outfit or pieces that have either Sweet or Cute as the primary style. For example, putting on all the pieces of the Bug Catching Ability Outfit - Afternoon Shine. Additionally, you can also equip Sweet/Cute Style Eurekas to help you pass the challenge.

Styling Challenge Guide

Photograph Pepo and Polly

Passing the Styling Challenge will inspire Polly to complete her dress. Soon after, Pepo arrives and the two agree to further solidify their friendship through a picture. Take a photo with both Pepo and Polly in the frame.
