Truth and Celebration automatically unlocks in your quest list after completing the previous quest Save the Wishing Nebula!
Do note that these series of quests will only be available for a limited time until the Star-Kissed Wishes event ends on January 23, 2024, so make sure to complete them before they're gone!
Save the Wishing Nebula! Quest Guide
This quest is located in Florawish, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom. Teleport to the Florawish Lane Warp Spire and walk East toward Granny Angelica's house.
Granny Angelica's House Location
At Granny Angelica's house, it's revealed that Polly, Jean, and Ruby are behind the strange decorations appearing in Florawish.
Although, this was all done with the intent to help ease Captain Hiya's work schedule during the Wish Festival. Grateful for the support, Hiya thanks everyone, while Rico and Komenda plan to finish all of their remaining tasks as a surprise for her.
Teleport to the Dream Warehouse Tower Warp Spire and approach all of the guests present! Talk first to Granny Angelica, following with the kids, then the Kingdom Guards to hear all of their sentiments about the Wish Festival.
Finally, you could either Wait for time to pass by interacting with the golden beacon, or manually change your in-game time between 22:00 - 4:00. Also, make sure to not leave the area of the high corridor.
A scene automatically plays afterwards, detailing the breathtaking sight of shooting stars cascading down the night's sky, subsequently marking the end of the quest.
