Truth and Celebration is located at Florawish, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom. Teleport to the Florawish Lane Warp Spire and walk east toward Granny Angelica's house.

Truth and Celebration automatically unlocks in your quest list after completing the previous quest Save the Wishing Nebula!

Go to Granny Angelica's House

Infinity Nikki Polly Jean and Ruby

At Granny Angelica's house, it's revealed that Polly, Jean, and Ruby are behind the strange decorations appearing in Florawish.

Although, this was all done with the intent to prevent Captain Hiya from overworking during the Wish Festival. Grateful for the support, Hiya thanks everyone while Rico and Komenda plan to finish all of their remaining tasks as a surprise for her.

Go to the High Corridor of the Dream Warehouse

Infinity Nikki Go to the High Corridor of the Dream Warehouse

Teleport to the Dream Warehouse Tower Warp Spire and approach all of the guests present! Talk to Granny Angelica, Polly, and Rico to hear all of their sentiments about the celebration.

See the Mysterious Surprise

Finally, you could either Wait for time to pass by interacting with the golden beacon, or manually change your in-game time between 22:00 - 4:00.

A scene will automatically play afterward, detailing the breathtaking sight of stars cascading down the night's sky and subsequently ending the quest.
