Lucky Ribbon Eel automatically appears on your quest log upon completing the Main Quest Go to the Dream Warehouse!
Although, do note that this quest is only available to complete for a limited time until January 23, 2025 so make sure to complete the required quest before the Lucky Journey event finishes!

Lucky Pink Ribbon Eel Quest Location
Go to Breezy Meadow
Lucky Pink Ribbon Eel is located at Breezy Meadow, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom. Teleport to The Leisurely Anglers Florawish Branch Warp Spire and walk Southeast to the docks. Speak with a man named Ocheno to initiate the quest!
Lucky Pink Ribbon Eel Walkthrough
Catch a Pink Ribbon Eel for Ocheno
After speaking to Ocheno, head directly to the nearest pier next to him. Use your fishing ability to cast a line at the designated fishing pool and catch a Pink Ribbon Eel.
If you already have one in your inventory, you can skip this step and speak to Ocheno once more to deliver the Eel and claim your rewards, concluding the quest!
Other Pink Ribbon Eel Fishing Spots
If the Pink Ribbon Eels by the nearest pier have already been exhausted, you may also catch more Pink Ribbon Eels on the fishing spots located above!
Exchange Eels for Rewards with Mitcheli
Mitcheli has a booth a little Southeast on one of the docks at Leisureely Anglers. During the event period, you can exchange varying amounts (in (x)kgs) of Pink Ribbon Eels with her an unlimited times to gain rewards.
The first time you make an exchange with her after the Ribbon Eel Exchange quest, you turn in 2.0kgs worth of Pink Ribbon Eels for 100 Diamonds. Mitcheli might ask for different amounts of Eels for different rewards, so as long as you have a surplus, it's recommended to keep trading them in!
