Equip the Azure Ripples Headwear

Infinity Nikki Super Waterproof Headwear

The specific Waterproof Hat that Arlda wants to see is the Azure Ripples headwear from the Bye-Bye Dust ability outfit. You can still wear any other clothing piece as long as Nikki is wearing the Azure Ripples hat, then show it to Arlda after which inspires them and successfully completes the quest!
