Photo Investigation: Lost Dad is located at Wishing Woods, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom. Teleporting to the Grand Tree Residental Area Warp Spire will bring you to Kukuda, who's found on the right when you enter the area.

Photo Investigation: Lost Dad can be unlocked after players complete Chapter 8's last subquest, Wishful Aurosa, to gain access.
After speaking to Kukuda, he will show you a picture and will ask you to locate his child, a baby Faewish Sprite found in the center of the picture.
Click on the sleeping baby Faewish Sprite in the middle of the photo to complete the quest.
