Simple Hairstyle Before Work
Answer: Rippling Waves Hair
Rosalie wants to see the Rippling Waves hair, the default hair piece from the Fishing Ability Outfit, Rippling Serenity. Any hair labeled as Simple generally works, too!
Wear the Rippling Waves hairs and talk to Rosalie to complete the quest.
Other Hair Pieces Also Work
During our investigation, several other pieces of Hair worked with Rosalie's quest. Some of them are labeled Simple, while others are labeled with something else. Since Simple-labeled hair pieces have worked all the time, we suggest equipping anything with this label, but you're free to peruse all the pieces that worked for us below!

Kindled Inspiration: Transformation Quest Location
Go to Stoneville
Kindled Inspiration: Transformation is located in Stoneville, north of the Lavenfringe Fields Warp Spire. From the Warp Spire, head towards the dyeing area and make a turn to your left after using the stairway. You can see Rosalie by a hanging fabric mumbling to herself!
