Go to Firework Isles
When the Fireworks Bloom can be started at Firework Isles, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom. Head northeast from the Entrance to the Gloomy Cavern Warp Spire and talk to Marques Jr. at the stone monument to start the quest.
