Go to Wishing Woods
Major Treetop Renovation! is located at Wishing Woods, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom. Teleport to the Garrison of the Paladins Warp Spire, climb up with Momo until you arrive at the Chigda battle grounds, currently torn up.

Major Treetop Renovation! will require players to complete Chapter 8's last suibquest, Wishful Aurosa before gaining access.
Major Treetop Renovation! Walkthrough
Talk to Babarada and Dorabo
Once you arrive, talk to Babarada and Dorabo. They will ask you to bring them 1 Crowned Feather, 1 portion of Hare Powder, and two Lampblooms.
Crowned Feather Location
Crowned Feathers can be found by grooming Crowned Parrots found all over Wishing Woods, usually perched on top of high structures.
Hare Powder Location
Hare Powder can be found by collecting it around Breezy Meadows. These plants are usually surrounded by Blushbunnies and can also be found in the Dig, Pear-Pal! feature for easy farming.
Lampbloom Location
Lampblooms are plants that can be collected all over Miraland. You can also use the Dig, Pear-Pal! feature to farm these without looking for them!
Talk to Giroda
After giving the materials to Babarada and Dorabo, they will finish construction and Giroda will hold an unveiling ceremony for the new treetop renovations before the quest is completed.

Treetop Complete Renovation
After the quest, players will have access to the topmost part of the Millewish Tree, where there will be some Dews of Inspiration for players to collect, as well as the jacket sketch for the Chic Elegance Set!
