You can unlock the Hyrule Warrior's Outfit as a reward for completing the game 100 percent. Fans of the first Hyrule Warriors game will remember this outfit as Link's outfit from that iteration.

Part of the game's 100 percent completion rate is unlocking all the cooking recipes. A total of 50 cooking recipes can be found by unlocking story chapters, challenges, and quests.
There are a total of 69 costumes to unlock, including costumes for Zelda and the four Champions. These can be unlocked by completing story chapters, quests, and challenges.
Costumes List: How to Unlock Costumes
A total of 134 Korok Seeds are needed to collect as part of the game's 100 percent completion rate. The seeds are used as a material complete certain quests.
Korok Seed Locations: How to Get All Korok Seeds
Completing the game to 100 percent also includes unlocking four secret characters: The Great Fairies, Monk Maz Koshia, Terrako, and Calamity Ganon.
You can unlock the Great Fairies and Monk Maz Koshia as early as Chapter 4. Terrako and Calamity Ganon are unlocked after completing the post-game content.
How to Unlock All Playable Characters
A total of 375 quests are needed to complete as part of the 100% completion rate.
