Use the Fire Rod to Attack the Ice Chuchu

To accomplish the first objective, use your Fire Rod to deal damage to the Chuchu. If you don't have enough rod charges for this, you can defeat the nearby Fire Wizzrobe for more Fire Rod ammo.

How To Use Rods

Use the Bomb Rune to Defeat the Ice Chuchu

Feel free to deal damage however way you want to the Ice Chuchu but the killing blow must come from a Remote Bomb Rune.

Counter the Moblins using Runes

Counter the Moblins with a Cryonis Rune

The Moblin with the regular spear will occasionally attempt to charge at you. Use the Cryonis rune to stop him in his track.

Counter the Moblins with a Magnesis Rune

The Moblin with the axe will occasionally attempt to throw the axe at you. Use the Magnesis rune to catch the axe and throw it back to him.

Use the Bomb Rune to Defeat the Malice Lynel

Feel free to deal damage however way you want to the Malice Lynel but the killing blow must come from a Remote Bomb Rune.
