I think you should put increased special attack charge rate on Mipha as her special attack does healing.
I think this is a nice start for a guide but you can obtain up to 4 normal seal and 1 hidden ability seal. 4 skills for getting to 20 I believe and a hidden skill for fusing with a level 20 I believe. It'd be nice to see full potential builds in case they decide to do dlc eventually where a good start might be good or for people who just want to have fun maximizing their build.
