In English it's "Improves quality of found weapons." and it works well I got imps with the strongest set up from it.
So ... lookit this lovely hidden Seal XD. Who needs a Korok guide anymore. It doesn't give free Koroks but it works like the Sensor did in BoTW - triggers when you get close. Actually works quite nicely.
I play in german, because I am german. However, I did change the language to english. The seals name is „improves quality of found weapons“ and has no star when trying to sell. So it’s a rare seal that has not been listed on this article
1. Change the language to english. That'll help. 2. If you go to "sell" and go to link, look at that weapon. If it has a star icon on it, then that means it has the better re-sell value perk, increasing it's sell.price and giving you more rupees from it.
I also got another seal which belongs to the round group. It’s might be called „better weapons“, however I‘m not sure if it does, since I play in german. It’s only a direct translation of the seal name. But I do not have any idea what it does, since there is no % number, it just says „bessere Waffen“ (in german, so better weapons in English)
I think there are still a few skills missing. I just got a Royal Halberd with a golden colored skill to boost my damage on enemies, which are under the effect of an alignment, by 13%. Not sure what alignments they are referring too, but that's what the skill is saying saying.
