Talk to Domidak and Prissen at the Dueling Peaks Stable until they tell you about the hidden treasure, which will cost you 100 Rupees. Domidak will then give you this hint: "The little twin steps over the little river. My cave rests above that river's source." |
Find the Hidden Treasure

Proceed south from the stable to reach the Little Twin Bridge. Follow the river to its source, a waterfall, and climb up until you see a breakable wall. Destroy the wall with a bomb to reveal the treasure and complete the quest. |

Misko, the Great Bandit Quest Rewards
Inside the cave, you can find a Soldier's Spear, 3 Toasted Hearty Truffles, and chests containing an Opal, an Amber, 2 chunks of Sapphire, and a Luminous Stone.
There's another breakable wall in the room hiding another chest containing a Flameblade.
