The best place to farm Chillshrooms is at Naydra Snowfield.

This area will allow you to gather as many as 60 Chillshrooms.

Rin Oyaa Shrine

The second best place to farm Chillshrooms is near Rin Oyaa Shrine. Follow the main path along Rin Oyaa Shrine from northeast to southwest.

This area will allow you to gather as many as 25 Chillshrooms.
