This weapon can only be crafted and acquired after you've accessed New Game Plus. This means that you will have to complete the main story and start a new cycle in the game.

Shichishitou is one of the 4 weapons that can be unlocked in New Game Plus, with the others being the Tentei Sword, Laevateinn, and Ameno-Nuboko.

This weapon is also required to unlock the Ameno-Nuboko, one of the strongest weapons in the game with the highest attack stat.
