Oboroguruma can be obtained by fusing the demons listed above. Note that you cannot obtain Oboroguruma if your level is lower than its base level.
You can also obtain Oboroguruma if you fuse a demon of the Volt order with a corresponding Element Order demon.

Complete Episode 2 to Unlock Oboroguruma
In order to fuse Oboroguruma, you first need to complete the Main Story Episode 2, The Red Cape. Fusing the demons listed above while not completing this quest will result in a demon of the same Order but a lower rank.
