Fenny may not be a damage powerhouse, but she has one ability that can make her potentially deadly versus certain witches: Buff Immunity, which she inflicts on enemies with her first skill Jamming Scattershot.

Buff Immunity makes affected units unable to receive buffs, which makes them unable to get themselves to do their full potential damage output. This can be devastating if your team depends on a single attacker receiving many buffs before firing off an attack.

Fenny Strengths and Weaknesses

• Debuffer that deprives the enemy of buffs while decreasing their own chance to inflict debuffs. • Deals damage over time via the Erosion debuff from her second active skill. • Has buffs like Invisibility and increased SPD, which gives her some survivability and an edge in battle. Optimal for slow team comps	• Can be outsped by certain team comps. • Low survivability • Useful even with one copy, but needs her Unique Weapon at UR rarity for her party to benefit from her 30% HP boost.

Fenny Skill Analysis

Jamming Scattershot

Fenny's premier uses is her ability to inflict Buff Immunity on her enemies for two turns. This may sound mundane at first, but this skill can prevent witches reliant on certain buffs from getting them in the first place. For example: Amleth will not be able to get her Immortality buff, which makes her other abilities (such as the ATK boost she gets from having 1 HP) useless since she can be taken out in just one hit.

M260 Demon Buster

If you want a big HP boost for your team, you can bring Fenny along and equip her with the M260 Demon Buster, her unique weapon, which has to be upgraded to UR rarity.

This gives her two slowest allies (the ones with the lowest SPD) 30% more HP, and if your enemy knows how to speed-tune their units well enough to make use of a slow comp (that's still overall faster than your team), then you'll be at a disadvantage.

Witches to Beat Fenny

Fenny Hard Counters

Primavera

Fenny could still be outsped by debuffers like Primavera, who can inflict a Faint debuff on her lasting long enough for the rest of her team to take Fenny out.

Stella

Stella is also potentially another counter for Fenny, as she can outspeed her with the right runes and inflict Silence. This prevents Fenny from casting her Jamming Scattershot skill.

Fenny

Fenny herself can counter an enemy Fenny, with the only caveat being that your Fenny needs to be faster than the enemy Fenny (largely because of runes).

Primavera is the centerpiece of this team, and you'll need to position her in front of wherever Fenny is so she can outspeed and cast Faint on her. Cordie meanwhile is the main damage dealer, while Merlyn and Mimi support her with buffs. Nina is there to be a secondary attacker in case Fenny somehow still manages to cast her Buff Immunity skill.

Witches Not To Use Against Fenny

Amleth

Fenny can make her unable to get her Immortality buff, making her easy pickings despite her high damage output at 1 HP.

Belle

Belle is supposed to get a shield that kicks in once her HP goes below 50%. But if she gets Buff Immunity, she'll be unable to get that shield and, like Amleth, become an easy target.

Florence

Florence and other characters that rely on getting CRIT buffs to deal more damage will also be inconvenienced at best by Fenny's ability to prevent them from getting buffs.

Tips for Beating Fenny

Outspeed Her

The first thing you'll want to do when dealing with Fenny is out-speeding her. That way, she'll be open to attack way before she pops off with her Jamming Scattershot.

Get Witches That Can Inflict Silence

Next, you'll want to have witches that can inflict Silence to prevent Fenny from using her skills in the first place. Stella and Primavera are the primary examples of witches like this.

Have Witches That Don't Need Buffs to Deal Damage

If you happen to not have Primavera or Stella, then you'll need to have witches that "work" even without buffs. These include Cordie (who could work because she has Debuff Immunity).
