Players can start the quest after they unlock Prowler Stashes when they complete the Amends main mission, and when they have visited the southwest area of Downtown Queens.
Once you have access to the mission, you can begin by heading to the map marker, and then go on top of the rooftop of a grey building by the river with a purple glow.
When you land on the rooftop, you will need to hold L2 to scan the green glowing lights next to an air vent. You can find it towards the edge of the building under a billboard sign.
Afterwards, complete the Prowler Code minigame by slightly pressing down on L2 + R2 until the green lights aligns with the light grey zone on the bars.
Once you complete the minigame, climb up on top of the antenna pole behind you and pull the air vent upwards. This will open up a path so that you can crawl into the vents by pressing L2 + R2.
As you crawl inside, there will be a series of lasers you need to avoid. Keep moving forward until you see a fan blocking your path. Use your webs to stop it from spinning by pressing R1, and go underneath it.
Next, keep going ahead until you see a switch. Get near it and pull down the switch by pressing L1 + R1 to change how the lasers behave. Then, turn back to where you entered from until you see that the five lasers blocking the path before has changed to two lasers.
While you continue moving forward, you will encounter numerous moving lasers blocking your path. Wait for the laser to finish moving before you try getting past it.
There will also be another fan you need to block again up ahead. At the end, you will reach the stash so you can finish the mission and earn the rewards. You can exit without going back by leaving through the vent straight ahead.
