Find Aunt May's grave on the northeastern corner of the Harlem District to get the You Know What To Do Trophy in Spider-Man 2 (PS5). Read on to learn where to visit Aunt May's grave in Harlem.

Switch to Peter Parker and head to the northeastern corner of Harlem to reach the cemetery. Head to the middle of the cemetery to find Aunt May's grave.
A white dot should appear once you get close to the grave. Press the Triangle button to play a short cutscene to get the You Know What to Do trophy.
