The Baxter Building can be found atop the building located on the northeast corner of Hell's Kitchen. Players will know they have reached the Baxter Building if they could see a giant number 4 logo that's painted on its rooftop.
The Baxter Building is the base of operations of the Fantastic Four, which are a group of superheroes in the Marvel Comics.
In-game, the Fantastic Four logo is still being painted, which might imply that the Fantastic Four has only been starting out as a superhero team.
The appearance of this building could possibly just be an easter egg for longtime Marvel fans, or even a hint to a Fantastic Four game to be released in the future.

In addition to the Baxter Building, another nod to the Fantastic Four is the addition of the New Blue Suit and its suit variations. This suit is based on Spider-Man's Fantastic Four costume from the 2018 comic series.
