Sandman

The Sandman is a shape-shifting, colossal adversary that rivals any skyscraper in New York City. It will require both Spider-Men to fight this Kaiju-level threat.

You will encounter him in the Surface Tension Main Mission.

Lizard

The Lizard is a reptilian behemoth that came straight out of the Jurassic era. It currently takes the form of Dr. Curt Connors, a gifted doctor currently serving as a medical advisor for Harry Osborn.

You will encounter him in the It Chose You Main Mission.

Mister Negative

Mister Negative is a man obsessed with vengeance against Norman Osborn. He returns to the sequel as an antagonist for Miles, with trailers hinting that they might share some sort of rivalry.

You will encounter him in the No Escape Main Mission.

Kraven the Hunter

Kraven the Hunter is an enigmatic character that lives only for the hunt. He will kill without hesitation if his target proves too weak for his enjoyment. Kraven sets his eyes on New York to find new prey.

You will encounter him in the Anything Can Be Broken and Don't Be Scared Main Missions.

Peter Parker

During the events of the game, Peter will be overcome by the symbiote suit. It is up to Miles to prevent his mentor from being completely taken over by the alien symbiote and its influence.

Scream

Scream will be appearing as one of the symbiotic adversaries in the sequel game. Like Venom, Scream possesses a deadly arsenal of abilities that makes her a nightmare for New York residents.

You will encounter her in the This Isn't You Main Mission.

Venom

Venom is a massive, looming creature keen on wreaking havoc to New York City and its residents. It is a walking calamity with a sentience. It will take both Spider-men to stop it from its path to destruction.

You will encounter him in the Set Things Right and Together Main Missions.

Wraith

Wraith is a vigilante who hunts down criminals in the cold underbelly of New York. She was once a police captain of the NYPD, but unfortunate events forced her to take up the Wraith moniker.

You will encounter her in the I Knew You Had It In You Side Mission.

Mysterio

Mysterio is a master illusionist who makes use of advanced technology to trick his victims. He entertains himself by watching his victims fall prey to their own nightmares and horrors.

You will encounter him in the Grand Finale Side Mission.

Black Cat

Black Cat is Peter's former romantic partner, and oftentimes the most cunning foe in Spider-Man's villain roster. She comes back to New York with a target on her head, thanks to Kraven.

Scorpion

Scorpion is a cold-blooded killer that uses his mechanical suit and poisonous tail to murder people indiscriminately. The poison he uses is potent and deadly, capable of killing anyone with a single prick.

Vulture

The Vulture is a dangerous adversary who specializes in aerial combat. His wing suit provides great speed and maneuverability in the sky, rendering anyone helpless in his talon clutches.

Chameleon

Chameleon is an elusive criminal who excels in the evasive arts of disguise and camouflage. He eludes anyone from following his trail, earning him the title of the Chameleon.

Tombstone

Tombstone is a heartless criminal with an imposing physique and hulking stature. A longtime adversary of Spider-man, he bears no remorse to the countless many he has killed.

Cletus Cassidy

Cletus Cassidy is a sociopath who reserves no ounce of empathy for anyone he murders. He is mentioned briefly during The Flame missions in the game.

Doctor Octopus

Otto Octavius was once a renowned scientist, serving as a mentor for Peter during the events of Spider-Man (2018).

He makes an appearance in the post-credits scene, possibly hinting an appearance in future installements.
