Skill Points Available During One Thing At A Time

Spider-Man 2 - Shared Skill Tree

As part of the pre-order bonuses, players will receive additional Skill Points (3 for Standard Digital, 5 for Digital Deluxe) available for use as soon as you can access the Skills page during the One Thing at a Time mission.

Web Grabber Available During One Thing At A Time

Spider-Man 2 - Web Grabber

As you progress through One Thing at a Time, one of the objectives is to stop a crime. Completing this will reward you with Tech Parts which can be used to upgrade the various Gadgets you unlock in the game. Once in the Gadgets screen, you should be able to find Web Grabber unlocked and available for you to use.

Suits Available After Show Me New York

Spider-Man 2 - Suits

To access the Early Unlock and Unique Suits, you will need to acquire City Tokens since these are used to unlock other Suits. The first City Tokens you receive will be available once you complete the Show Me New York main mission.

This mission introduces the player to the many activities you can take on in the city and one of the rewards you get are City Tokens. Suits part of pre-order bonuses do not need City Tokens to be unlocked and the only reason you need to get City Tokens first is because this is how you unlock the Suits screen.
