It's a bummer that Dad and Unc's favorite arcade closed down. Guess he put a stash here to remember the good old days. |

Players can start the quest after they unlock Prowler Stashes when they complete the Amends main mission, and when they have visited the area on the map in Astoria near the border to Downtown Queens.
Once you have access to the mission, you can begin by heading to the map marker, and then go on top of the rooftop of a black building with a purple glow.
When you land on the rooftop, you will need to hold down L2 to scan the green glowing lights near the dark grey structure. You can find it on the lowest level of the rooftop.
Next, complete the Prowler Code minigame by slightly pressing down on L2 + R2 until the green lights aligns with the light grey zone on the bars.
Afterwards, stand next to the small pole near the lights and pull on the grey hidden door. This will reveal another door and a circuit box next to it.
Once you open the hidden door, you will need to overload four circuits around the rooftop. You can do this by using the Chain Lightning move (L1 + the Square Button) when you get near the first circuit box.
Note that each circuit has a timer, so you need to overload all four circuits in succession, or else you will have to repeat it again.
The second one can be found by climbing above the first circuit box, and it will be high up on the wall. You can climb up on a higher ledge and utilize your webbed rope skill to reach it.
The third circuit box is located on a higher level above the second circuit. Similarly, it will be on a high spot on the wall, but you can perform Chain Lightning underneath it to overload it.
Lastly, the fourth circuit is on a black wall at the highest level of the rooftop. Just like previously, use Chain Lightning to overload it. When you head back down to the hidden door, you can find the stash inside to complete the mission and earn the rewards.
