List of Contents
Hunter Blinds are small hideouts where you will need to defeat all of Kraven's goons in the area to get information on Hunter Bases. While you can proceed to these Hunter Bases, they are not required to receive the Rare Tech Parts reward.
This is arguably the best way to farm Rare Tech Parts as completing each Hunter Blind rewards 5 Rare Tech Parts. With the total of 11 Hunter Blinds, completing all of these nets you a total of 55 Rare Tech Parts.

Since Prowler Stashes unlock during Amends (the sixth main mission), these are another good way to farm Rare Tech Points. These are also fairly easy to solve and so we recommend getting to these stashes as early as possible.
Each Prowler Stash rewards 3 Rare Tech Points while completing all of them give you a total of 24 Rare Tech Parts.
EMF Experiments are side missions where you solve scientific experiments in various parts of the city. Completing each EMF Experiment rewards 3 Rare Tech Parts while completing all gets you 27 Rare Tech Parts.
Acting as a spiritual successor to Research Stations, players will have to solve for puzzles to complete these side missions. While not as straightforward as the Prowler Stashes, these can be a decent way of getting Rare Tech Parts.
Unidentified Targets are side missions where you have to chase after Talon Drones as you download data. Successfully catching a Talon Drone rewards you with 4 Rare Tech Parts while finished all Unidentified Targets missions gets you 32 Rare Tech Parts.
While this method gets you more Rare Tech Parts than the previous two, these missions unlock later in the game during Wings of My Own, the tenth main mission. The effort needed in catching all Talon Drones is also a factor since you will have to follow them around the city and wait for the data to finish downloading.
All Unidentified Targets Locations
Players can get also Rare Tech Parts by gaining District Progress which in turn can be earned through various activities in the city. Rare Tech Parts earned through District Progress are limited to two per district.
Although getting this reward from all Districts gives you 28 Rare Tech Parts, this can take time as you will need to complete a number of activities. It would be wise to focus more on getting Rare Tech Parts from the methods mentioned above.

Rare Tech Parts are mainly used to upgrade Spider-Man's gadgets. As you progress through the game, more upgrades will be available for you to unlock which can help give either Spider-Man more gizmos to use in combat.
