How Long To Beat Spider-Man 2?
Difficulty | Explanation |
---|---|
Friendly Neighborhood | This setting is for players who want minimal combat challenge. You cannot be knocked out in combat. |
Friendly | This setting is for players who want to enjoy the story. |
Amazing | This setting is for players who like a balanced combat experience. |
Spectacular | This setting is for players who enjoy more difficult combat. Enemies will be stronger and more aggressive. |
Ultimate | This setting is for expert players who enjoy a brutally difficult experience. |
Friendly Neighborhood provides the easiest difficulty option available and is the equivalent of the "Very Easy" mode.
Enemies take longer to attack and their damage output is weaker. In addition, you cannot be knocked out in combat
Friendly Difficulty is a step up from Friendly Neighborhood in terms of difficulty, although not by much. This is the game's equivalent of the "Easy" mode.
Enemies can hit harder and wait around less in between attacks and you can get knocked out in combat if your health reaches zero.
Amazing Difficulty is the game's "Normal" difficulty and is recommended for new and returning players. Enemy attacks take a large chunk of Spider-Man's health, requiring you to dodge their attacks at the right time.
Spectacular Difficulty introduces some difficulty spikes by increasing the enemy's damage output and aggression. This requires players to strategize each enemy encounter to avoid making mistakes and losing health in the process.
An unlockable "Very Hard" difficulty called Ultimate Difficulty is available once you complete the game for the first time.
This difficulty mode is meant for players who have mastered the game's mechanics and enjoy an even more challenging experience.
The Amazing difficulty is Spider-Man 2's Normal difficulty mode and provides a balanced gameplay experience for both newcomers and veteran players.
The difficulty is not too easy like any of the two Friendly difficulty settings, nor is it too difficult to grasp like Spectacular or Ultimate.
There are no difficulty trophies in Spider-Man 2. You can unlock all trophies even at the Friendly Neighborhood difficulty to easily obtain the platinum trophy.
