Players can start the quest after they unlock Prowler Stashes when they complete the Amends main mission, and when they have visited the East area on the map in Williamsburg.
Once you have access to the mission, you can begin by heading to the map marker, and then go on the rooftop with a purple glow.
When you land on the rooftop, look for the glowing green lights and scan it by holding L2. It will be located on the second rooftop level of the building, as shown on the image above.
Then, complete the Prowler Code minigame by slightly pressing down on L2 + R2 until the green lights aligns with the light grey zone on the bars.
Next, you want to stand beside the pole indicated by the objective marker, and pull on the door by pressing L1 + R1 when the prompt appears.
After opening the door, you need to pull on the wheel then web it right after by pressing R1 to make it stay in place. Repeat this step for the other wheel on the left side, and the Prowler Stash will appear in the middle. Interact with it to complete the mission and earn your rewards.
