Peter Parker was a run-of-the-mill teenager until he got bitten by a radioactive spider. Now, he serves as New York's friendly neighborhood Spider-Man. When he's not out there saving the city, you can see him awkwardly trying to get his life together.

Miles Morales is another teenager who got bitten by a radioactive spider, which begs the question of how safe New York is. He is Peter Parker's protege and partner, serving under the mantle of Spider-Man and making his father proud.

Mary Jane Watson is a reporter for the Daily Bugle, and the current flame of Peter Parker. She has been an active supporter of Spider-Man and his heroics, helping in any way she can even without superpowers.

Harry Osborn is the son of industry aficionado Norman Osborn and longtime friend of Peter Parker. He comes back to Peter's life being grateful for a second chance and wanting to change the world.

Ganke Lee is Miles' best friend, technical support, and superhero accomplice in his tenure as Spider-Man. He operates as the guy in the chair, and helps Miles with any technical issue he encounters during his heroics.

To many, she is one of the best councilwomans in New York City. To Miles Morales, she is a mother who loves her son deeply. After her husband, Jefferson Davis, died saving others, she braved herself to better serve the community her husband tried to protect.

A shady businessman that ruined the lives of many people, Norman Osborn is the former mayor of New York City and the father of Harry Osborn. He is deceitful and stubborn, but his love for Harry drives him to move forward.

Hailey Cooper is one of Miles' closes friends. She is an activist for her community who knows her way around a spray paint. She is wonderful in many ways, and Miles will be there to tell it.
Cindy Moon was introduced as the daughter of Albert Moon during the ending of Spider-Man 2 (PS5). It is still unclear whether she will take on a much larger role in future installments.
Delilah is a bartender you will meet during The Message Side Mission. Her appearance in the game may lead to future crossovers with the Spider-Verse animated universe.
Who is Delilah?
The Sandman is a shape-shifting, colossal adversary that rivals any skyscraper in New York City. It will require both Spider-Men to fight this Kaiju-level threat.
The Lizard is a reptilian behemoth that came straight out of the Jurassic era. It currently takes the form of Dr. Curt Connors, a gifted doctor currently serving as a medical advisor for Harry Osborn.
Mister Negative is a man obsessed with vengeance against Norman Osborn. He returns to the sequel as an antagonist for Miles, with trailers hinting that they might share some sort of rivalry.
Kraven the Hunter is an enigmatic character that lives only for the hunt. He will kill without hesitation if his target proves too weak for his enjoyment. Kraven sets his eyes on New York to find new prey.
Scream will be appearing as one of the symbiotic adversaries in the sequel game. Like Venom, Scream possesses a deadly arsenal of abilities that makes her a nightmare for folks in New York.
Venom is a massive, looming creature keen on wreaking havoc to New York City and its residents. It is a walking calamity with a sentience. It will take both Spider-men to stop it from its path to destruction.

Black Cat is Peter's former romantic partner, and oftentimes the most cunning foe in Spider-Man's villain roster. She comes back to New York with a target on her head, thanks to Kraven.
