After finding the 42nd Spider-Bot, a secret mission called The Message appears that leads Spider-Man to meet a woman named Delilah. Delilah takes all 42 Spider-Bots from you and asks you to pass a message along to a man named Miguel, Finder's Keepers.
This is likely a reference to Miguel O'Hara, also known as Spider-Man 2099. This might hint at a multiversal connection with the Spider-verse franchise.
