Spider-Man 2 - How to Heal

Players can heal in Spider-Man 2 (PS5) by pressing the Down button on the D-Pad. Learn more on how to get more healing, and how to fill up your Focus Bar.

Gain Focus

Spider-Man 2 - Focus Bar

First, you need to fill up your Focus Bar by stringing combos together as you fight enemies. The longer your combos are, the more focus you will get. There may also be skill upgrades that can increase your focus gain to fill up the bar faster, although this is just speculation as of now.

However, do note that your Focus Bar can also be used for a Finisher move, so you can choose if you want to use your Focus defensively or aggressively.

How to Quickly Gain Focus

Press Down on the D-Pad

Once you have Focus, you can heal Spider-Man by pressing the Down button on the D-Pad of your controller. The amount of health you will heal is determined by how much Focus you have, and it will be converted into health.
