Players can start the quest after they unlock Prowler Stashes when they complete the Amends main mission, and when they have visited the Northeast area on the map in Midtown.

Once you have access to the mission, you can begin by heading to the map marker, and then go on top of the rooftop of a red skyscraper with a purple glow.

Find the Prowler Tech Stash

Once you land on the rooftop, you will need to hold L2 to scan the green glowing lights below the Braxton sign. You can find it towards the edge of the building near the American Flag.

How to Scan the Environment

Prowler Code Minigame

Next, complete the Prowler Code minigame by slightly pressing down on L2 + R2 until the green lights aligns with the light grey zone on the bars.

Pull on the Braxton Logo

When you complete the minigame, you should go on top of the American Flag pole and pull on the Braxton Logo by pressing L1 + R1. This will reveal a hidden vent that you can crawl inside by pressing L2 + R2.

Navigate the Vents

After you enter inside, you will need to navigate through the vents to continue. Make sure to wait for the lasers to create an opening before moving forward. You also have to use your web to stop the fans from spinning by pressing R1.

Once you get through to the end, you will find the stash that lets you complete the mission and earn the rewards. You can then exit by going through the vent straight ahead of the stash.
